Telugu Cinema News: The well-known name in the country, Urvashi Rautela, compared herself to the late Mahsa Amini. The actress shared her photos of chopping off hair in support of Iranian women who protested against Mahsa’s death.

Urvashi was spotted wearing a blue kurta and sitting on the floor and a man was seeing her cut off her hair with scissors. While sharing the photos on Instagram, she wrote about the protests happening in Iran and the death of Ankita Bhandari who was killed in Uttarakhand last month.

She wrote, she is cutting down her hair in the support of Iranian women and girls, who have been killed in the protests on the death of Mahsa Amini after her arrest by Iranian police and for all the girls. And for a 19-year-old young girl, Ankita Bhandari from Uttarakhand who was killed last month. Women are protesting across the world against the Iranian government by cutting their hair. The reports said, Mahsa was arrested by Iranian police for failing to wear the hijab, and she died a few days later in custody itself. All the women in Iran have been removing their headscarves and cutting their hair, showing their courage.

She further added a global symbol for the women’s revolution and hair is seen as the symbol of the beauty of women. By cutting their hair in public, women are showing that they don’t care about society’s beauty and won’t let anything or anyone decide how they dress up, how to behave, or how to live.
