Telugu Cinema News: Initially, the movie Adipurush was set to release in January 2023. But recently, the makers of the mythological drama ‘Adipurush’ have announced a new release date for the film. Director Om Raut revealed that the film will now hit the screens on June 16, 2023, delaying it nearly for six months. When the makers released the film’s teaser, it received a lot of criticism from netizens who criticized the movie for the poor VFX of the movie.

Om Raut shared, “Adipurush is not a film, but a representation of our devotions to Prabhu Shri Ram and commitment towards our Sanskriti and history. In order to give a complete visual experience to the viewers, we need to give more time to the teams working on the film. Adipurush will now release on June 16th, 2023.
